Wonderful

The tent was build near to the toilet... especially for us with small young kids. Very accessible. It was nice to see the shore from the tent.

The fan was kind of insufficient, and less power despite less usage. The main door was right infront of a small pathway.

I really love it & enjoy the amenities

Why don't you put a Portable generator for the power supply? it's the best for the fans working keep more better, we don't mind if pay for the additional cost, because the fans I don't feel at all.

The only thing missing is a bartender

Firstly, a huge shoutout to all the staff I had interactions with from the time I booked the tent, until the time it was pulled down. Your customer relations is on point! Super friendly and accommodating. Despite an error in their system, they made their way back without exasperation, and happily obliged to set up the tent as we booked. Secondly, the tent was gorgeous! They set it up right by the shore, and despite the light rain and strong winds earlier in the day, the tent stayed structurally sound. It was clean, but of course, it's the beach. We got sand and some water in the entrance, and some cute spiders, but they provided a rag to wipe the entrance when we need it, two foot mats (one inside and one outside), and they gave us mosquito coils to burn. We were given a bicycle to use if we wanted, and there were 2 foldable chairs facing the sea. Three blow-up beds were comfortable with clean sheets and blankets, and towels, toothbrushes, picnic items like glasses, plates, etc were provided. The lights provided were sufficiently bright (and pretty romantic too!)

The only downside was that a couple of the fans were weak, and one wasn't working at all. It does get a little hot (and at one point VERY humid because it rained earlier) in the day, but by evening, the tent is a haven, with the fairy lights and the comfortable bedding.

Expected much more

On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was probably just a bad season to go.. because it rained heavily, our bed and pillows were damp. The insides of the tent were dirty and had some leftover confetti from the previous guests. The utensils, tableware provided were also dirty. For the price paid, I expected much more inside the tent. Some extra touch that would have made the stay memorable inside of just being a pretty tent. I know the rain couldn't be helped but perhaps they could have provided games or something for guests to spend time with instead of being coop up in the tent doing nothing.

The toilet is stinky and some info were not mentioned in the details like no electricity supply in every tent. The toilet was so stinky and dirty. Our airbed were always deflating which was very uncomfortable during stay.

The day the air bed was deflated

Nice and Inviting. Easy to check in. Staff WhatsApp us on check-in.

Service reply takes more than 1.5 hours after 10.30pm. As we turning in to bed, one of the air bed starts to deflate. We tried to find ways to inflate but there was no instructions except with a battery operated pump without a proper size pipe adapter. We tried to ask for help from the given number from 10.45pm, but there was no reply. We also seek the help from other glampers, but none was able to help us. Finally, after trying for more than a 1.5 hours, we decided to head home with the children, as we were not able to sleep in a completely deflated bed. A whatsApp reply came at 12.40am, informing us that they will send a staff down. At 1.37am, one of their staff checked that there was air inlet which was accidentally opened, letting the air out. 5 days on, they apologised for the inconvenience on WhatsApp. No personal phone call or more information of their findings. Is it a service lapse or equipment failure, or both? Is there a FAQ or instructions to inflate an air bed? What do they plan to do in the future to prevent such an incident from happening to future glampers using their service?
